German Skillet with Mustard Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut red potatoes into 1/4 in. half moons.
  2. Boil potatoes 10-15 min until almost cooked through.
  3. Saute onions and sausage in oil until browned. Remove from pan.
  4. Add potatoes to skillet (with some extra oil). Brown potatoes.
  5. Return sausage-onion mix to skillet, along with sauerkraut.
  6. Add cream and mustard. Stir and heat until thickened. Serve immediately.
